Overall Satisfaction with AlphaSense

AlphaSense makes information search and discovery easy. We consistently use it to help track our industry coverage and find key information to inform analytics and decision-making. The product functionality makes data aggregation and sharing simple and efficient.

Pros

  • Allows aggregation and exporting of financial data within multiple filings
  • Tracks updates across news, research, filings, etc.

Cons

  • Increased productivity in benchmarking
The platform is intuitive. It's very easy to use, especially after a quick orientation with a sales rep. New product features are well-communicated and easy to learn.
The dashboard feature makes it easy to track developments or news from companies we monitor. When analyzing investment opportunities, we are able to quickly compare results across a peer group.

AlphaSense Reliability

It's simple for us to switch on another user and have them collaborate with the rest of the team. Their account team tracks our usage and is able to help new team members learn the platform.
I've used AlphaSense for years and have never had an outage. It's always working through the browser. I had one issue with the ipad app that was promptly addressed by the team. It's rock solid in terms of reliability.
Tends to load quickly. The search is remarkably fast when you consider how much data they're searching through.
