Overall Satisfaction with AlphaSense

It cuts down on looking up information and research. Very easy to look at 10-K's, Q's, and transcripts all in one place.
  • Tables in K's and Q's are easy to look at to compare to past one's, etc.
  • Very good search engine, smart
  • User interface
  • I have to refresh the page a lot because there is an "update"
  • Productivity is way higher with this
  • Very easy to look at the data, look at historicals
  • All in one great search engine when it comes to what companies put out
No complaints, clean look, and highlighting negative and positive aspects in transcripts is great... not much to say here.
Tremendously helpful to the research process, really from the productivity side. Complete trust that if I look in Alphasense and I can't find something, it simply does not exist (can report a true negative, which is helpful.)
Much easier to use AlphaSense, its the closest thing to Alphasense I've used, but it's not close to how much more I like to use AlphaSense.

AlphaSense Reliability

Subscription based in html, seems straightforward that access is easily scalable
There are rare occasions where the system is down that I have encountered
Some larger documents Alphasense struggles with, say a 100 page ppt may take some time to load
