Overall Satisfaction with Alpine IQ
We use Alpine IQ to manage the [...] loyalty program, [...], and reward our customers for every dollar they spend at our store. We also send text and email campaigns thru Alpine IQ. From the first time I had a demo of the software, I could tell that it was well designed and much easier to use than the product we had been using. From the sales to onboarding process, we were well taken care of by the Alpine team and had regular check-in calls to learn the platform. All of our questions were answered and as we set things up we found it to be very user friendly. I love the interface, the way the analytics are presented, and their customer support. We have not been using it very long yet, but we are already seeing the benefits of the platform in higher open and conversion rates and growth to our loyalty list. I am excited to continue learning the platform and will be completing their certification program. Very happy with our investment in Alpine IQ so far and excited for the future!
