Overall Satisfaction with Alteryx

We used Alteryx to analyze and project numbers for multiple markets at once. Alteryx allowed us to create workflows that would have taken hours to complete in other software.
  • Data blending: It makes SQL, Excel and Access look ancient.
  • User-Friendly: The workflow logos are aesthetically pleasing and easy to understand.
  • Efficiency: The apps take a of the leg work out of the process.
  • There is a steep learning curve, but nothing they can do about that.
  • It needs to be available on the OS platform!
  • It can become very expensive.
I haven't found another product that comes close to Alteryx.
I would love to renew, but Alteryx is not available for Mac computers.
Our company kept it contained in the marketing department. Other departments may not understand it.
Alteryx is extremely compatible with all of the external sources we used.
The process was fantastic, but I wasn't a fan of the inline reports. I usually exported images, spreadsheets and blank presentations to edit outside of the software.
The dashboard creation was very user-friendly and easy to understand. However, the charts and graphs looked a bit rough for me. I exported the raw data to Excel for additional options.
Alteryx handles large projects well. Some small data analysis projects can be done just as easily in Excel.
