Use Cases and Deployment Scope

It is a boon for availability and scalability issues. Works like magic and is very secure. It handles high-traffic i.e. thousands of queries per second with ease for our application. On-demand scalability is an excellent feature, which keeps up the performance, even at a sudden huge traffic spike in data.

The latency for read and write operations is almost negligible.
Management becomes easy due to features like data recovery and fault tolerance.

If not monitored properly, one can get unexpected costs as per the on-demand model.
One can populate a table up to a limited size. Larger size would require a partition,

AWS maintains most of it, so we don't have to worry about the service, which saves a lot of time.
It saves cost also if one opts for On-demand pricing .
Provides consistent performance at any scale so growth in data isn't really a problem.

Having a huge scalability deserves the rating provided. Working up to the mark at that scalability deserves more. It is just fast and supreme in terms of performance at high scales. Plus one doesn't have to manage most of it at the said scale. Amazon DynamoDB helps us with that and even the cost savings is easy to figure out.

No latency issues encountered so far, which says a lot about the performance of Amazon DynamoDB. Handles a lot of complexities such as partitions in order to meet these performance requirements. The scalability provided by Amazon DynamoDB makes it an excellent choice for a self-managing database.

The Amazon Web Services managed Amazon DynamoDB has excellent features which makes it stand out from all the others in market right now. The management ease it offers is far superior than its competitors and on top of that the on-demand pricing model is an advantage which works in favor of Amazon DynamoDB.
