Overall Satisfaction with Ambition

Ambition is used as a KPI tracker and gamification system that keep sales associates on track with their critical KPI's in a public way. It is being used solely in the sales department. Ambition is used to keep sales associates focused on mission critical tasks and a point system that rewards the right work through gamification.
  • Quadrant tracking of input and output based on employee
  • KPI tracking with customized point weighting system
  • Music that plays when one meets their KPI goals such as exceeding 100 points for the day or winning new business or converting a lead into an opportunity
  • Adding more insight for individuals to take action on the data.
  • Ambition keeps the sales team focused on activity that is mission critical to develop new business for Invaluable.
  • Ambition uses a point system to help employees know where they stand in terms of performance during the day.
I have not tried alternatives to Ambition but could not see what additional changes or iterations another company could deploy that Ambition is not currently doing.
Ambition is well suited for a sales team that deals with frequency touch points to their leads and customers.
