Amplitude Analytics is a product analytics tool that provides insights into how users interact with our digital products. We use Amplitude Analytics to run reports that can tell us things like how many customers attempted registration but failed, how many customers started an online modification but did not complete it, or how many customers tried using the send again feature this month compared to last month.

Amplitude Analytics is a well-organized behavioral analytics platform. I have used it with mobile and web applications to understand user behavior inside each platform. With proper implementation, the insights that can be discovered are endless. Amplitude Analytics offered in-depth analysis inside the tool, and there was rarely a need to pull data outside of Amplitude Analytics to complete your analysis. However, the analysis was not always intuitive for non-analysts. It takes some level of analytical experience to get the most out of the product.
