Overall Satisfaction with Anaplan
I helped Aesop for their FP&A using Anaplan. It's been used by financial department mainly. It helps the client to build a very flexible planning tool which collaborates historical data, revenue & COGS planning and expense planning including an independent model for workforce. It provides various views for management reporting and easily for end users to follow the process in their own area to complete the financial planning process.
- End user friendly dashboarding.
- Easy to import/export flat files.
- Easy to maintain.
- Integration with other databases can be improved.
- The dashboarding customisation is not enough.
- Excel add-on for importing/reporting.
- Reduce the time for FP&A process.
- Provide more accurate scenario analysis.
- Provide flexible versioning.
Anaplan logic and formula is easier to understand by end users so they can be more independent when they started to use the tool. Also the self training courses are detailed and practical enough to give end users a better understanding of the functions and what they can achieve by using Anaplan.
