Overall Satisfaction with Anaplan

We use it internally for our forecasting & budgeting and we implement it for our clients for a wide range of use-cases, including supply chain, TPM, FP&A, consolidation, pricing, and more, across all industries.

I think it is THE strongest tool for enterprises. The flexibility is unmatched and enables collaboration across _all_ parts of the business, spanning from financial planning to the most operational use-cases. This allows for previously unseen levels of collaboration across the business, with massive advantages all across. For specific use-cases, the biggest benefits are often reduced manual work, increased efficiency, higher collaboration and accuracy.
I believe Anaplan is a more complete tool with a wider range of use-cases and more true connected planning.

Anything finance/FP&A and supply chain. Forecasting and optimization problems are solved very well using Anaplan, as well as use-cases that require a lot of users to work concurrently and/or collaborate on the same data.
