Overall Satisfaction with Apify

We use Apify to automate industry-specific platforms for our internal use, as well as to publish and monetize actors on the store. For us, it solves the pain of having to maintain our own scraping infrastructure. Apify handles everything seamlessly. It powers multiple of our workflows, from lead generation to scraping and market research.

The platform strikes an ideal balance between power and simplicity. We find that even complex scraping workflows are easy to build and maintain, thanks to the intuitive interface, clear logs, and well-designed actor architecture. It has made large-scale automation far more accessible than having to build everything in-house.
At least for us, it stacks up favorably against n8n. While n8n is an excellent product, it isn't built for heavy scraping or large-scale automation. On the other hand, Apify is a platform built with the purpose of scaling. It handles the hardest parts out of the box, letting us focus solely on the logic.

Very well suited for situations where I need well-structured data at scale, automating interactions with websites that do not provide an official API, and dealing with JavaScript-heavy pages. Less ideal for situations that require real-time data updates, or instant even even-driven processing. It's designed more for scheduled tasks.
