Overall Satisfaction with Apple Pay

It adds an additional payment option for donors who are in younger age brackets. Our donor base is approximately 4,000 constituents, and approximately 30% of those are millennials. This additional payment option allows for ease of donation at live events as well as on payment forms.

  • Extremely positive; our donation rates at live events increased with the introduction of Apple Pay.
It's a universal payment platform at this point, and every Apple user can simply donate using the program. Other payment servers take time to set up and type in card numbers, whereas Apple Pay is set up and ready to go.
