- Cloud recommendations provide three scenarios, This can be confusing to novice users
- Easier movement between environments that a user has been given approval to see
- Widgets can get tricky for novice and beginner users
- Provides a clear picture of what different business units are spending
- Need to have the ability to take action from the portal
- Reports don't always turn into departments taking action
