Overall Satisfaction with Apptio Targetprocess
We use it for work management and tracking teams and their work, and this data in turn feeds our cost transparency model in Apptio Targetprocess.
- The user interface works well for our users
- The data that it outputs is useable for our cost model
- The integrations with other systems (Apptio, AzDO) could use some work, with cleaner API integration in tools like DataLink
- - Requires multiple tools now due to licensing

It has helped drive increases to our adoption of agile as we transitioned to it during our broader rollout of Agile practices. The tool provides some great ways to aid in our planning and maintenance of work.

Having our tools related and integrated with one another has been extremely useful. Driving folks to one URL (Frontdoor) keeps everything quickly accessible. Data from Apptio Targetprocess has been beneficial to our costing model for example, and being able to quickly API between tools has been a definite boon as well.
I wasn't a decisionmaker on the adoption of Apptio Targetprocess over the competitors so I can't clearly speak to this question.
