We use the product for both budgeting and forecasting. Our actuals are loaded into the system as well from Oracle. I work in IT Finance so the product is used to track the finances for our IT Department. The product has given us a lot of versatility over the programs we were previously using. It has allowed us to better track expenses and variances at a better level. We us it to track expenses by vendor and by employee something that would have been very difficult to do in the past. It also produces excellent data reports to show to our business partners to help them understand what is occurring in the areas they manage.

We use the report quite frequently in both budgeting and forecasting. The ability is there to create many different types of reports and dashboards based on the data that is in the system. These features are used by Finance during our budgeting, forecasting and monthly close processes. We also use the reporting to convey the information to our business partners as well.
