Apricot is used by our agency to track survivors of domestic and sexual violence who are in need of services. We use this platform across all programs from crisis intervention, housing, in kind donation tracking, volunteer tracking, group/outreach meetings, collaborations and training of staff.
Apricot allows for us to accurately track data to report to our federal funding sources. Data drives funding in Victim Services and Apricot makes tracking data for reports simple.

Apricot allows for us to track all program data as well as service delivery and outcomes. For example, we utilize the database to track outcomes and successes of our clients. The ensures that we are not only providing services but that our services are making a difference.
Data drives funding. Being able to capture accurate data has increased our federal funding significantly.
Prior to Apricot, we were tracking information via paper and Excel spreadsheets. At this time there is no desire of our agency to look at other databases as this one meets all of our needs.
