Overall Satisfaction with Aprimo
We have built multiple custom integrations into Aprimo to help our content cycle and workflow management. Currently, we have built connectors to 4 different systems and vetting out how to maximize our efficiency with the DAM.
The WTA Tour uses Aprimo DAM for content management, security preferences, and sharing our content [with] our global stakeholders. The problem Aprimo solves for WTA is security management for user groups allowing us to treat content in different ways for different groups. We have seen success on the Aprimo DAM side and will be expanding to their Public CDN (Brand Portal) to share our evergreen assets.

In 2020, the WTA Tour launched a new brand/logo for the organization & tour. The Aprimo DAM was a one-stop journey for users to come to, download assets, and learn more about brand compliance on how to correctly use the new logo.
we have had bi-weekly calls with the team to review product enhancements, system questions, and any support needed to help the system. For the last 8 months, we have been in a great cycle of communication with reviewing feature sets, implementation, and product discussions.
