Overall Satisfaction with Arena

We are currently using Arena as our quality management system. Currently, our supply chain and quality departments use this system. I have not found any problems with this system.

Pros

  • User-Friendly
  • Straightforward

Cons

  • Challenging to navigate to use at first, but easy once you get the hang of it.
  • A large ROI on our overall business
Our management team decided to use Arena.
I have used NetSuite, and I do like the programs.
