Overall Satisfaction with Arena PLM and QMS
We use it as our eQMS system for our medical device quality process. We use it to store and approve our controlled documents as well as control several processes. We control a few quality processes using the quality process control. We also use it to control our BOMs for our products.

It is a simple to use system that works will for medical device control and compliance
Arena PLM and QMS is significantly better than Mastercontrol in terms of usability. It is far more user friendly and less confusing.
