Overall Satisfaction with Articulate 360
I use Articulate 360 to develop learning material as continuing education for our front-line staff. Some of the other members of our training team also use Articulate products, primarily Storyline. Articulate has been a product that we integrated into our training system quickly and easily, and it has given us an amazing opportunity to expand the way we deliver training.
Pros
- Easy to learn
- Scales well to user's ability
- Lots of resources available
Cons
- The new subscription model comes with some less popular products bundled in, adopting a one-size-fits-all package.
- We have been able to save money by decreasing face-to-face training and giving learners access to self paced material they can do while at work. Our favorite use is to set the ground-work for upcoming face-to-face training. It helps us set an even starting point.
