Overall Satisfaction with Articulate 360
We create learning courses for volunteers and use Rise, Storyline, and the recently added AI features. Volunteers work with girls and need training on programs, policies, and procedures.
Pros
- User friendly
- Lots of different features
- Allows designers to create impactful learning courses
- Nonprofit/charity discount is generous and appreciate how the company values to give back to nonprofits/charities
Cons
- Importing PPT to ensure accessibility
- Team members more productive because we have made the move from in-person to e-learning on where applicable.
- Cutting the red tape with volunteers because they have the ability to take a course on demand on there times.
When teams are providing feedback the review feature has been extremely helpful to capture all the feedback in one place.
AI features has reduced the amount of time researching images. Additionally, with script writing people write like they talk and the AI features is to capture the essences of the learning pieces and we are able to reduce the narration time.
