Overall Satisfaction with Articulate 360

I use Storyline 360 to develop online courses for a variety of fields. I use Rise 360 to allow reviewers to review the courses from their own locations.

Pros

  • Easy user interface
  • Love the interaction with Rise for reviews
  • Quick to import PPT slides into Storyline to start developing courses

Cons

  • An automated check for 508 compliance
  • The ability to not tab through all player buttons in Storyline before getting to the next button
  • Ability for previous button in Storyline to go back to previous slide in menu and not previously viewed
  • quicker development time
  • Easier review of courses using Rise
I've used Storyline and Rise to develop courses. I'm looking to learn more about Rise so I can recommend that when the application requires it.
I haven't used AI Assistant yet
It's very user-friendly.
I have used Captivate for years. It has benefits that Storyline doesn't have. However, I feel that Storyline has more benefits. Also, the user community is a great strength.

I think it's great for overall training development. I have also used Captivate for years and there are some things that Captivate does better, but overall, Storyline is my first choice when the client allows for a choice.
