Articulate 360 review
Overall Satisfaction with Articulate 360
I use Articulate 360 to create training courses for our staff. They centre around either training our team members on who we are as an organization, our policies and procedures, product training and our systems.
Pros
- Visual training.
- Integrating video, audio and text to teach.
- Provide great visuals inherently in the program.
- Provide a modern, professional training program.
Cons
- Continued development of "free" learning content
- Greater variety of block options
- Greater editing options
- As our organization has grown, there is no need to add head count to create training. This is due to the fact that Articulate 360 is easy to use and dynamic in presentation
- It has played a role in improved employee retention as a consistent comment from our employees is that they enjoy the training and find it valuable.
- The ability to copy courses and create templates helps speed up the time it takes to create material.
I use most of the products. Whether it is screen recording, editing footage, sharing content with others or simply creating programs.
In my trial with AI Assistant it definitely allowed me to create a program quickly. It also allowed me to create content that was very relevant - namely images that were directly related to the content I was creating. The creation on quiz questions was also incredibly helpful as it was both accurate and dynamic when needed.
