Overall Satisfaction with Articulate 360
The learner subpopulation I work with travels often and they need to be able to take their training at a time and location that works for them. We use it for quarterly retreads of required content, just in time learning, and new needs.
Pros
- Variables - being able to do so many things with Variables.
- Flexibility in controlling interactions
- Variety of interactions
Cons
- Providing more functionality with the seekbar restrictions, like allowing the learner to rewind when it is set to restricted until first view is complete (drag back function) and choosing different permissions for the seekbar on different slides.
- allowing the replay button/icon to work even if the seekbar is set to restricted until first use
- I cannot answer that as I don't see the financial impact of the use of eLearning.
Having the option for Review Articulate 360 has increased our ability to work with several SMEs and elicit their feedback on each other's comments so we are not sending several emails to follow up on feedback between different SMEs.
We are not able to use the AI functions as of yet.
