Overall Satisfaction with Articulate 360

So we use specifically Articulate Storyline and Rise to create engaging learner experiences. We do training courses for early childhood teachers across the state of Illinois.

Pros

  • I really like Storyline because it's really easy to use. There's different templates. I love the interactivity options. You can really cater it to your needs. If you can imagine it doing it, there's probably a way to do it and there's probably a million different ways to tackle a problem that you have for engaging a learner.
  • The E-Learning Heroes is amazing.
  • Support is amazing.
  • It's honestly, I'm really excited about its AI and really helpful things that it's starting to offer to its users to make it really easy to create online training, even if you're not super savvy, honestly. So I feel like it's getting to the point where when we onboard new staff, it's going to be really easy to train them on the software, which I'm really excited about.

Cons

  • I think that this is already something that's being addressed right now is we've wanted to historically use Storyline for AI generated voiceover. We typically do that in-house, or we contract out folks to do our voiceover audio narration for our courses. It seems like Articulate's ability to do voiceover is getting really good. So we're really excited about the prospect of being able to do that in the future. Historically we haven't quite been there yet with it, but it seems like that's a potential for the very near future, so that's exciting.
  • Creation, more accessible course creation. it's the main platform that we use to convey our learning content to our users.
We mostly use Storyline. Rise is something that we've also recently gotten into using depending on the type of user that we're engaging with. There's also Replay. I've used that in the past for video creating, or I think that's the video editing one. I'm pretty sure. So I've used that, but I haven't really delved too far into the entire suite.
We haven't used it a whole lot yet, so I'm really excited to start integrating it. Of course, like I said, we've played around with the AI voiceover and things like that, I definitely foresee that we will be integrating that on our team moving forward.

Yes

Yes

Would you buy Articulate 360 again?

Yes

I think that it's well suited for what we use it for. Engaging learning experiences, engaging a learner. It's really interactive. It has a lot of ability, specifically Storyline, Rise is also very cool. I like that it's quick to use Rise versus Storyline. We use Storyline to have really engaging interactions, which is really neat. Of course, you don't always need to have super engaging interactions. Sometimes we rely on our learning management system for very simple things. But typically the majority of our learning content comes from Storyline.
