Overall Satisfaction with Articulate 360

We make trainings and in my case we are moving the physical operations manual into a digital manual accessible to all the organization with updates in real time, avoiding delays like we currently have to go through. Like having to print and ship the physical to our 150 restaurants. That was becoming infeasible for our team.

  • Ability to upload large videos.
  • Really easy to use.
  • Easily linked to our LSM.

Cons

  • Editing feature of pictures.
  • Font availability.
  • Ability to upload brand artwork.
  • Decrease labor time for updates.
  • Reduce money spend on shipping.
  • Operational Updates are completed in real time.
My primary use is in Rise360, where we integrate it with our LSM platform.

I love it for courses, it's where it really makes sense to use. However, for our team, we found a way to adapt it and create a manual from scratch. As Ops Services in a restaurant company, I don't see anything that Articulate can't do in the scope we need it for.
