Overall Satisfaction with Articulate 360

We have most recently used Rise to convert a face to face new employee onboarding to an online training. Additionally, Rise is used to train employees in different kitchen concepts throughout our dining centers. We also use it to train our food handlers on best practices for identifying allergens to keep our customers safe.

  • Guides new users to easily create content
  • Decreased training costs
  • More efficient when new employees can start work
At this point I have only used Rise to create content and used Review for feedback from colleagues and stakeholders.
It is very easy to spin up a training in Rise for someone completely new to the tool.

Scenarios that are well suited for my team include customer service training and interactions with customers that have dietary restrictions or allergies and how to best help them so we can keep them safe.
