we use Articulate 360 to create e-learning courses for training. The problem solved allows us to train multiple people across the entire country in a fast, easy and effective way.

Honestly Articulate 360 can be used for almost any sort of training. I've used Articulate 360 for training, hard skills like specific things to do on a job, but I've also used Articulate 360 to create courses on soft skills like customer service.
