Overall Satisfaction with Assembly Neos

Our firm has been using Assembly Neos since July 2024. We are a personal injury law firm and Assembly Neos has been great and super helpful with keeping track of deadlines and keeping everything in its place.

Pros

  • I love the Assembly Neos checklist and utilize it daily to keep track of upcoming deadlines and making sure everything is done on time and followed up on.
  • Keeping track of medical records and billing is much simpler with Assembly Neos.
  • Keeping track of case negotiations is much easier with Assembly Neos.
  • Having access to client texting with notifications makes communication a breeze.

Cons

  • Assembly NeosAI is improving each month, but there's still much left to be desired, especially when it comes to analyzing documents.
  • There are issues with creating documents from templates where the order of the names are mixed up; i.e., last name, Esq., First name.
  • New client calls from the intake to sending and receiving signed contracts can be done while on the phone with the new client, making it so you can begin working on their case immediately.
  • The integrations with DocuSign has made it much easier to send documents for execution.
Assembly Neos is what you put in to it; fully customizable. If your firm doesn't take the time to build up what you need from Assembly Neos prior to using it, it won't work well for your firm. My firm spent months making Assembly Neos exactly what we needed it to be. We still make tweaks here and there, but overall it makes day-to-day case work much easier and streamlined.
We were previously using Trialworks, which was no longer going to be supported, so my firm gave Assembly Neos a try. We built it into exactly what we needed, and it works incredibly well for our firm. We love staying up-to-date with the monthly enhancement training and utilizing Assembly Neos University for new employees.

Assembly Neos is well suited for all of my firm's case management needs. From the new client checklist to closing statements to post-trial work, Assembly Neos is user friendly. Requesting medical records and dragging documents into Assembly Neos to save have been easier for our firm.
