Overall Satisfaction with Assembly Neos
Assembly Neos is a program that allows my firm and I to keep files organized as we work. This product allows for us to run operations smoothly without the hassle of confusion and clutter. Being a paralegal, this part of the system makes my job experience easy and I'm able to assist new employees as they come aboard.
Pros
- Easy understanding of each option
- Allows easy support if something is needed through the support team
- Up to date sleek look which makes the job more youthful
Cons
- Too many updates in a short period of time
- Unable to mark notifications back to unread
- Multiple notifications in too many spots making me think I have more notifications than I think
- This product allows accounting to process my invoices quickly
- This product allows less confusion with my team when everyone learns how to use the system
- This product was recommended to other businesses for organization purposes

Before Neos, we were using the older version (Needles). This was a 360 in looks, performance, etc.
