Overall Satisfaction with Assembly Neos
We use Neos to house all of our clients' case information. Neos helps all one hundred of our employees stay organized and know what is going on in every case on a daily basis. Neos is a great tool. Also great being a cloud based program so our Attorneys on the go can access and see the most recent activity on their cases as well as communicate and log their information on the go.
Pros
- Keeps your case organized.
- Allows for anyone in the office to stay up to date on any case.
Cons
- Text messages could allow to add in photos or screenshots.
- Documents tab could allow sorting by date, name, etc in Folder view or list view.
- Increased Efficiency
- Data-Driven Decision Making - with the reporting, this allows us to make better informed business decisions
- Scalability, this platform allows the business to grow allowing the office to handle more customers.
