Overall Satisfaction with Assembly Neos

In my organization, we utilize Neos to organize our clients treatment and get the best possible settlement. With this software, we can be assured our success in making sure our clients are well taken care of and to be able to get an overall picture of their financial snapshot once treatment is completed. One of the main issues that we had in with our previous software that NEOS addresses is the downtime that happened occasionally. It would set the firm back for hours while software engineers worked tirelessly to get us back online. With Assembly NEOS, downtime is rare ocurrence and if it ever happens, our team is not at a complete disadvantage.

  • Helped us maintain a minimum case threshold of around 300 cases per month
When first introduced, I assumed it would be more of a learning curve to my everyday work life. After utilizing for close to 4 years, I can express with confidence that NEOS has become easier with every update rolled out. From the feasibility of locating information on the whim for us and their providers, to settling the case efficiently, i could not think of any better software to use than Assembly Neos

As someone who audits client cases once treatment is complete, I am able to have all their information at my access to make sure the medical providers we have listed correspond. The search bar on the notes tab is extremely helpful when searching for vital information pertaining to the case, making it easier for both me and my colleagues to extract information for our attorneys.
