Overall Satisfaction with Assembly Neos

we use this case management software to electronically organize and keep track of all of our cases.

Pros

  • allows documents to be accessible firmwide.
  • makes keeping track of deadlines easy
  • generating documents that are used often

Cons

  • Calander moves year sometimes
  • able to keep better track of return clients
  • helps keep track of client referrals
because it is good, however right after updates there normally are some issues.
my current firm uses it. I think that they stack up pretty much the same, with Clio maybe having a little bit better platform for firms that bill hourly.

i think for case management software that it is well suited for any type of firm that uses electronic files.
