Overall Satisfaction with Assembly Neos

We use Assembly Neos in a law firm. Assembly Neos is excellent for neatly organizing data and notes in a way that is easy and natural to understand. The support staff responds quickly. And the software is constantly being updated and improved. I enjoy how professional it feels as well.

Everything it does is done well. It is clean and neat to use. Neos is easy to understand. The tabs feel natural. The panels are easy to navigate. The only downside is sometimes it can feel a bit bogged down and slow to load certain tabs or items. Overall it is great.
  • Needle
Neos has more functions than needles. Neos allows you to tag emails directly into the file. Track functions faster. Search specific terms in the notes tab to find what you are searching for. Neos is neater and more advanced in many ways. The tabs structure on Neos makes more sense as well.

Neos is well suited to organizing and documenting the actions taken on a file as well as finding the docuements saved within. Neos would likely be less appropriate to use to prepare for trial. When preparing for trial I think it would be better to print everything out and have it in front of you.
