Overall Satisfaction with Assembly Neos

We use the assembly Neos every day as our case management system. It keeps us organized and allows us to use some very helpful automation tools to make our everyday tasks quicker and more efficient. It is helpful to have AI to assist with completing tasks in a short amount of time, especially when there is a high volume of work to be done.

Pros

  • Provides additional methods of communication with clients.

Cons

  • Document organization feels somewhat limited.
  • Ability to change staff limitations so it is not all or nothing when it comes to changing dates.
  • Quicker more efficient work.
  • Easier communication with clients.
  • A number of app integrations to allow for even more personalization and convenience.
It is easy to navigate and easy to personalize for a firm's specific needs.
It is more user-friendly as far as organization. It provides a document management system unlike CasePeer.
