Overall Satisfaction with Assembly Neos

We use Assembly Neos to keep track of the status of cases and it helps not miss deadlines. Assembly Neos helps address the problem of organization amongst many files.

Pros

  • Keeps a running Checklist of all tasks for a file
  • Makes it easy to review a case
  • The search bar is helpful with finding a specific note or document

Cons

  • Running reports often takes a while to load
  • Sometimes has difficulty deleting or creating a document
  • It would be nice to have items listed by priority on the checklist rather than just the date
  • The checklist is very helpful with keeping everyone on task with their part in the case
I found Assembly Neos very easy to learn and navigate which was very helpful especially because it was my first time using system like this.
