Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Helps organize and file our clients' cases. Keeps us in timely communication with clients. I use this all throughout the day. The system lets me know when it's time to reach out to a client so they stay up to date on what we are doing and where we are at with their case.

Keeps me on track on what needs to be done for each individual case.
Organizes documents.
Merge documents needed.
Helps me stay on top of multiple cases at once.
Allows me to stay on top of email communication that would otherwise be missed using the tagging feature.

Cons

The checklist summary takes a long time to load.
I think it would be helpful if the AI overview were in the Notes section as well.
It would be helpful if there were a timed notification on the last time a case was checked by an attorney or case manager to avoid any cases falling behind.

Return on Investment

It keeps me organized in turn I am able to keep track and keep clients happy.
We have had success with timely turnover of cases to settlement because Neos helps the case move forward.
Neos helps us keep track of every potential client that calls in, which helps us understand where our clients are seeing our advertising.

Usability

I find Neos easy to navigate which is crucial for my role that involves juggling multiple cases at once. When we switched over to Neos from our previous system I was worried that I would fall behind on my work while I adjusted. Luckily, Neos is very user-friendly and I was able to adjust to the program much easier than I expected.

Alternatives Considered

Needle

Neos gives a lot more options. The updates implemented in Neos helped me keep track of cases more easily. Neos was the easiest system to convert to compared to others. I also appreciate that Neos keeps a backup log of our work so we don't have to worry about losing it.

I had many cases transferred to me, and this system helped to keep track of what was missing or needed to be worked on. I would be likely to recommend this system because of the ease in merging documents; it pulls information needed for disbursement right from the value screen. This saves me time because I do not have to retype all of the information.
