Overall Satisfaction with AT Internet
AT Internet is being used across the organization to measure performance across our digital products - namely audio player, video player and articles. The entire organization is utilizing it, but most actively by the digital/online department. For us in the online area, it provides real-time data as well as general performance data about the consumption of our content daily, weekly and monthly.
- Extensive performance data about our content, very easy to interrogate through bespoke dashboards.
- Realtime performance - particularly useful.
- More intelligence around assets.
- More detail around video and audio consumption.
- Increased visibility of performance data/getting it engrained into the business culture.
- Allows us to communicate and track performance easily and bringing more transparency which definitely adds to ROI.
We have used Google Analytics, Comscore and Chartbeat.
Google Analytics obviously benefits from more functionality, the ability to track users and also integrate commercial revenue on the 360 GA - which would be a fantastic feature. In the tender process, GA did not have the flexibility that we required for bespoke iterations.
Comscore was a dog from a UX point of view - much happier with AT Internet - it is very user-friendly. Chartbeat is a wonderful realtime tool that allows you to see what is happening on the site immediately - and track user journeys - but again it doesn't have the added functionality that AT Internet has.
