Overall Satisfaction with AT Internet

AT Internet is used to analyze the behavior of employees on a new web and Android application project. Only part of the team is trained to use it. The Analytics Suite allows you to see what is used the most on the prototype in order to be able to improve that part of the site, and not spend a lot of time on what is little used.

  • precise data recovery
  • intuitive curves in Explorer
  • [I feel it has] very poor export management (Rest API, .csv, .iqy, etc.)
  • [I believe it has] poor documentation on exports, lack of explanation, precision and examples
  • Not very intuitive interface for dimension and metric filters [in my experience]

I never used the support and I never talked to someone's team but they seems to be effective.
I have not tested any other product of this type, AT Internet was chosen by the company because it excels in its field and seems to be among the best in its class
AT Internet is very good at tracking user behavior. It is also possible to have very general values, such as very precise values ​​(you need to know more about the tool to be able to refine the results). This also helps to clearly identify the average user experience on the site and the most used features.
