A well-rounded and very robust ticketing system. Integration with version control services is a huge plus. Native connection to Confluence makes documentation easier, too.
Almost a must-have for Scrum houses, especially with the Greenhopper add-ons. ScrumMasters and Product Owners will definitely appreciate the built-in tracking and reporting.
