Overall Satisfaction with Atlassian JIRA
We are using it as tool for Agile and Defect Management. Maintaining and tracking the use stories and defects.
Pros
- Dashboards is very much useful to have a quick glance
- Good user friendly features
- Attach screen shot features is easing my work
Cons
- Creating Team (Group)
- Assigning tasks to Group
- Customize page for Route Cause Analysis (5y, fishbone..etc)
- Customize page to develop and attach process flow diagram of every user story (inbuilt visio within the tool)
- Test Management (Test Documentation) - If it is available can create a Trace-ability Matrix as in Quality Center
- Efficient for management
