Overall Satisfaction with Attentive Mobile

We use Attentive Mobile to coordinate, schedule, and analyze SMS campaigns for our enterprise. The problems it addresses are how can we communicate with customers on a more immediate level. We have been attempting to personalize content in an effort to make our brand appear more human and thus increase conversion rates.

Good usability and it is easy to train new employees on the platform since it is so intuitive. Love playing around with the segmentation tools and seeing how it affects audience size for deployments. Overall, a great UI experience.
Attentive Mobile is better from a UI and reporting standpoint.

Well suited for SMS programs and welcome journeys of all shapes and sizes. Also good for flash sales and limited time promotions to reach consumers quickly and accurately.
