A key feature of this platform is its text-back channel, which enables seamless two-way communication. This direct interaction strengthens brand trust and supports our engagement goals.

  • Concierge support for campaign building and platform optimization

Cons

  • Options to organize campaign messaging rather than deleting to change placement.
  • We have increased incremental income by using the AI Pro audience targeting
  • We have seen a reduction in our sending cost due to proper targeting of our engaged customers also by using AI Pro's data
  • By implementing retargeting campaigns, we have also been able to increase engagement on campaigns
The platform is incredibly user-friendly, making navigation and data retrieval effortless. I particularly appreciate the integration of AI, which enhances messaging, audience targeting, and engagement-based suppressions. While I’d welcome any new enhancements, the platform is already well-structured and highly effective.
