Overall Satisfaction with Augment
We use Augment to protect our clients Office365. MAke sure their 2A is turned on and working.
Pros
- Checks location of user login
- Show us when something has made a change in our Office365
- Help us protect our clients Office365
Cons
- A better way to setup Office365 the first time adding a clients
- A better way to make sure the Office365 is login to account.
- Better information of what application is installed on Office365
- I get emails everyday when a change has been made in Office365
- We feel more secure knowing we have a second pair of eyes helping us secure our Office365.
- Great to see where you clients are login in from. If we find a client out of their area we make a phone call to make sure that is where they are.
We use two different products for security of Office365. But we get more information out of Augment where it counts.
