Overall Satisfaction with Auth0

My company uses Auth0 to auth the client to their environment. Currently, we use different auth solution for our corp environment and to keep it separate auth solution, we used Auth0. We deploy Auth0 for most of our client environment to auth into the app.

Pros

  • Setup of Auth0 is very easy to deploy and maintain
  • The logs from Auth0 is quite easy to monitor and adjust in the security solution.
  • The UI of the solution is quite intuitive and simple easy to understand.

Cons

  • The management console can be improved to make UI simpler.
  • Auth0 reduces the time to manage and maintain for each of our client environment. It saves time and efforts overall.
  • The login UI is very initiative and comes with all the new features like passkey etc this comes in handy when your client base is techy.
The overall time used to deploy monitor and maintain saves lots of time. The end user login page is simple easy to use and intuitive. None of the client ever complain about the usability like, most of the users understand how to use it in first few attempts. Also, it is easy to deploy SSO solution on Auth0.
These all solutions were costly and require more time to deploy in the production. The pingone solution have a very hard login flow and require re login for each solution which is quite hard to use. Entra ID requires a AD to run and doesn't works for our use case. We require multiple environment which can be monitor and maintained without much effort.

Auth0 is quite easy to deploy and run. If anyone wants a simple authentication solution which is easy to deploy and reliable. And doesn't require much efforts to manage and maintain and audit. It is the best.
