Overall Satisfaction with Automox
We use Automox as a catch-all to handle MDM for a variety of different platforms (Windows, Linux, macOS). We needed a solution that would primarily handle patching on-demand as needed, but also was flexible enough that could use it to deploy other software or settings with it. Because of the variety of systems in our environment, it was difficult finding a single solution that could work on any platform. That was one of the initial reasons for looking at Automox.

Automox shines because it's compatible with all 3 major OS types (Windows, macOS, Linux). Jamf is a standard across the industry but it only covers macOS and iOS devices. If you have a mixed environment that will often leave you wondering how you cover those other devices, this is where Automox is a great option. Support from Automox has also been great in helping to execute our vision.
