LanGuard is fine but the UI is clunky and it's not a cloud-based product. Automox is a nice tool for endpoints, however, not great for server patching IMO because it doesn't seem to patch in "real-time" as LanGuard does. I can monitor LanGuard's patching in real-time, I can see the download and the install being pushed. Because of this, we kept LanGuard for servers and Automox for client PCs and laptops.
