Overall Satisfaction with Auvik
Auvik has been an invaluable tool to help in discovery when onboarding new clients, and troubleshooting existing ones. It has also been a great way to introduce new techs to sites they are not familiar with or remote from as it gives a great visual network topology of the site. It has become second nature when asking anything about a site network to respond with 'have you checked Auvik?" The look on clients' faces when we rock up to the site and deploy an agent that in front of their eyes starts building a live network topology of their own site is never something I get tired of enjoying.
