Overall Satisfaction with Auvik
We use it to have a look at our 170 locations spread over Belgium and the Netherlands. We got away better view now of what devices are located in our locations. Knowing how many switches, devices, AP's are on a location has brought us more insight into how the locations are working.
Pros
- Scanning networking devices
- Personal contact with sales, account manager
- SNMP features work great
Cons
- Supporting devices without SNMP
- Better network mapping, this is sometimes off a bit
- Prices could be lower
- Overview

- Quick looking what devices are offline
- Getting notifications of offline devices
- We dont use it enough to justify the pricing
