Overall Satisfaction with Auvik
The business problem that most of our companies face is the lack of visibility on the infrastructure operations. Auvik does the job by providing granular data and generating alerts, whenever there is an issue. The scope of my use case is firewalls, routers, and switches from the top to end-users.
- Granular alerts on how many packets are processed in a switchport
- Direct remote access to devices
- Prompt alerts sent through email
- Ticketing integration (ConnectWise)
- An option to use a different account temporarily for remote access to managed devices
- Redundant/load balancing for Auvik collectors
- Email alerting allows us to resolve the issue sooner, which improves our SLA
- We provide network monitoring as a service offering
- As we can see the model and version of devices, we can determine if we can apply updates for patch management
