Overall Satisfaction with Auvik

We use Auvik to monitor internal network devices and to monitor client networks as part of a managed service offering.

Pros

  • 3rd party integration.
  • Sets up very quickly.
  • Intuitive interface.

Cons

  • Slow to add new device functionality. I have been working for weeks with support to get extreme switches working.
  • Previous monitoring tools needed much more care and feeding to operate.
Opmanager is more customizable but requires way more man-hours to set up and operate.
